Consent Agenda

The Superintendent recommends approval of the consent agenda which includes the following items:

1. Claims Docket

2. Trip Approvals

a. Carol Szymanski and 14 Art IV students to New Orleans to K & B Museum on April 19, 2005 for viewing of art collection

b. Long Beach Middle School Excel students to D-Day Museum in New Orleans, LA on April 25, 2005 for culminating activity

c. Hale Switzer and Marine Science students to the Aquarium of the Americas in New Orleans, LA on May 4, 2005

B. Personnel

1. Resignation

The Superintendent recommends the board accept the resignation of Lorene Aldrich, Guidance Secretary/Data Entry Clerk at Long Beach Middle School, effective at the end of the 2004-05 school year. Her family is relocating to Missouri.

2. Executive Session

The Superintendent will recommend the board go into executive session on a personnel matter.

3. The Superintendent recommends approval of certified staff for the 2005-06 school year.
